Add Sesame oil to a pot over medium heat. Add in onion, garlic, Classic Kimchi, and sugar. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Stir often to ensure even cooking. Add in Chicken Stock, then bring to a boil.
Once stew begins to boil, add in Kimchi juice, Gochugaru, and Soy Sauce. Cook for an additional 8 minutes or to desired stew consitency.
Serve in bowls.
