A lot of times kimchi that is traditionally made won't be able to please my whole family's tastes. Sometimes it's too spicy or vinegary or pungent for a specific member. This pleased everyone, from the shy eaters to the kimchi connoisseur.

My husband and I tried Cleveland’s Classic Kimchi. It truly reminds us of our neighbor’s homemade fresh kimchi. It’s delicious if you LOVE funky well-balanced fermented kimchi like we do. The amount of spice is perfect. Not too much, but definitely like a traditional kimchi. If you are spice-adverse, they make a mild version too. The ingredients are naturally fermented and the taste is clean and the cabbage is nice and crunchy. I can’t wait to try their various sauerkrauts.
