Kimchi French Toast

Ingredients

• Classic Kimchi, for serving

• 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Chopped

• 2 Large Eggs

• 2 Tablespoons Milk

• Salt & Pepper to Taste

• 2 Slices of White Bread

• Butter for frying

• 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

• 1/2 Tablespoon Ketchup

• 1/2 Tablespoon Sriracha

• 1/2 Avocado, Thinly Slices

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cilantro.
  2. Add butter to a fryer pan on medium heat. Let butter melt until it is foaming.
  3. Dip each piece of the bread into the egg mixture and coat each side. Then, place in the frying pan for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
  4. Transfer the bread to the plate.
  5. While, the French toast is cooking, combine mayo, ketchup, and sriracha together in a bowl and adjust the sauce to taste preference. Smear the toast with the sauce and top with slices of avocado.
  6. Garnish each piece of toast with Classic Kimchi.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
