Italian Roasted Mushrooms and Veggies

• Garlic Italian Dressing

• Green Squash

• Red Onions

• Portobello Mushrooms

• Sweet Mini Peppers

• 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

• 3 Tablespoons Balsamic

• Salt and Pepper, to Taste.

• Oregano

• Garlic, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Wash and throughly dry the veggies.
  3. Chopp the vegetables into equal pieces.
  4. Place veggies in a large bowl and stir in Garlic Italian Dressing and chopped garlic.
  5. Drizzle in the olive oil and stir until the veggies are evenly coated.
  6. Spread the veggies in a single layer onto a large baking pan.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or evenly roasted.
  8. Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!
